Tomica No.51 Toyota Crown Comfort Taxi Review
Japan’s automobile industry is at the forefront of the world with fuel cells, PHEVs, and hybrids, but when you look around the city, don’t you feel that only cabs are old-fashioned and have been left behind? However, I dare to say that this old-fashionedness is a wonderful thing.
The cab is still in service today, but it has a calming form. I like this one! Things that change, things that don’t have to change. This cab is one that doesn’t need to change. I personally think that’s why this cab is still loved and running today.
As for the action, the suspension and the left rear part (behind the passenger seat) are designed to open. The back side of the driver’s seat does not open.
The lamps are more reddish than the other cars. The side of the car is marked with Tomica Traffic Taxi Radio 1031, which is a cheap but detailed reproduction of the car by Tomica. That’s what I’m talking about.
